We also comply with the privacy procedures of our Australian Credit Licence holder, LM Broker Services Pty Ltd (LMBA), and the LMBA Procedure Manual.

- LM Broker Services Pty Ltd (our Australian Credit Licence holder) for compliance, licensing and audit purposes
- Credit providers, lenders and aggregators
- Service providers, including IT, marketing, and compliance support
- Accountants, lawyers or financial planners (with your consent)
- Government or regulatory bodies (where required by law)
LMBA may also contact you directly if necessary to meet its Australian Credit Licence obligations.
4. Credit Reporting and Credit Reporting Bodies (CRBs)
We may exchange your credit-related information with a credit reporting body (CRB) to assist in assessing your loan application. The CRB we use is:

- Request a copy of your credit file
- Ask Equifax to correct inaccurate information
- Request that Equifax not use your information for pre-screened marketing offers
- Request a ban period if you believe you are a victim of identity fraud
5. Cookies, Online Tracking and IP Addresses
When you visit our website, we may collect information automatically through cookies and similar technologies (including web beacons and tracking pixels). This helps us understand website traffic, improve performance, and tailor your experience.
We may receive aggregated information from analytics and advertising partners (e.g., Google Analytics) about your browser type, time on page and referral source.
